This site hopes to provide articles to help online consumers avoid scams and fraud while purchasing from the World Wide Web and Internet. The articles are aimed at users from the United Kingdom, but hopefully the common sense advice will be of value to users from any nation. Cyber crime has now become a very real issue and this usually comes in the form of online fraud and confidence crimes. In the coming year we hope to include fraud prevention articles and messages which seek to educate people about the various types of scams and frauds, and how these deals really work. Hopefully people can then learn how to manage the risk of shopping online. This section of bizlookup will be dedicated to fighting consumer fraud, and features 'report a scam' section below which hopes to alert users to new scams and frauds.
