Premium rate phone call scam

This can be a variation on numerous scams. However, the basic gist of the scam remains the same, you will be asked to phone a 090 number to claim your prize. This number will be at a premium rate and will no doubt last for a long period of time. At the end of the phone call they will offer you an item or service worth a considerable amount less than the cost of the phone call.
