It's a one piece item with no break between the upper and lower garments. Bodice - Similar to the basque, the difference is that it only covers the top half of the body. It cuts off from the waist. Brassiere, comes for many styles such as push up, balconette, moulded, half cup, full cup, and and for purposes there is the minimiser for work and a sports bra for physical activities. Comes from size A to the famous DD. Bustier - Another item that cuts off at the waist. The difference from the bodice is that it aims to highlight the bust. Camisole - Sleeveless and can be either loose or tight fitting, another item which only covers the upper half of the body. Often comes with matching pants. Corselet - This is a combination being a tight finding brassiere and the addition of a girdle into the mix. G-String/Thong - Definitely the most popular and wide selling piece of lingerie in the past five years. Leaves little to the imagination with just a thin strip of a cloth which passes in the middle of the bottom. Another thin strip of elastic goes around the waist, a small pouch hides the man's tackle or female privates. Garter - Just a thin strip of elastic which goes around the thigh. It's traditional as an item the bride wears for her wedding. Girdle - Handle the lower back, there are girldes for men and women which support people with a bad back. Hosiery - Hold-ups, Leggings, Socks, Stockings, and Tights. Negligee - seen as a head to toe, only recently has it been transformed from utilitarian to erotic form of underwear. Nightie / Nightdress - Usually made from cotton and amongst the most casual and common of nightwear for ladies. Suspender Belt - One of the most sexy types of lingerie. It is
