Good service with a quick turnaround and they provide emails for
every step of the process when ordering your DVD. Apparently they
have the fastest turnaround time of any online DVD rental service,
and I signed up with them after reading a recommendation in the
Web User magazine which awarded Blockbuster a "Gold Standard
Award". The system works by sending you what was is in queue,
I find this convenient and with packages that start at just £9.99
per month it's good value for money. It certainly is cheaper than
what I was doing before, I was buying and only watching them one
time which is very expensive. I now only rent the movies in my queue
and my credit card bills are considerable lower. I have been considering
to join their Unlimited Rental service, because I'd like to rent
a few more titles per month and as I am completely satisfied with
their service to date it seems a wise move. I must have rented over
80 DVD's now and I have received only one damaged disc which skipped
while being played. Blockbuster apologised after I wrote on the
return card about it, I then received another disc of the same title
the very next day. It's an outstanding service and a clear winner.
