Freeman of 'London' whose customer care is based in 'Sheffield',
there catalogue has always been one of the largest and most luscious
with a quality hardback and lots of pictures. Aimed at women it
has a wide variety of goods for ladies but not so much for males.
Ordering by post has it's disadvantages due to the time it can take,
it can sometimes be a slow service depending on the post. The website
is a faster way to order, but I find it harder to browse and actually
more time consuming waiting for the pages to load than simply using
the catalogue. The prices are OK, they now stock more big name brands
like Miss Selfridge and 0% interest is a big plus.

The major problem with catalogues and especially catalogues which
specialise in clothes is the returns process. I've only ever attempted
to order one thing from Freemans and that was a pair of shoes. At
that period of time they had a introductory offer of 20% off. Of
course they didn't fit, I followed the instructions for returns,
weeks went by with no confirmation of what status my order was in.
I was forced to ring them up and demand a full refund. Never again,
it's so much easier to just visit the shops when shopping for clothing
and footwear.
