Another low class supermarket which shows its true status by lacking
the online servicex of it's superior cousins.
It's main in-store product range is frozen food, can you order
this online? hell no.
Sure you can buy yourself a new fridge freezer or dishwasher but
i'll go to Comet.co.uk for that.
I decided to test doing my weekly grocery shopping online, so I
wanted to check out all the services/offers/delivery prices of all
the main supermarket chains.
All Iceland give is a page about 'The benefits and convenience
of frozen food', and a few informative articles about frozen food.
Thanks for the info boys, guess I will be going elsewhere.
On a side note I found out if you order over £25 in-store
at Iceland you can leave your bags at the store and let them deliver
free. They state they have a fleet of temperature controlled vans,
if I did not have a car and was travelling by bus I would most certainly
take them up on this offer. I can congratulate Iceland on creating
on useful service, even if it was nothing to do with their website.
