i have been a customer of kays for many years but now that i am
having problems their new updated site they are not interested.
i have sent 6 or more e-mails and made countless phone calls, no-one
is interested in helping. no-one has even offered to send out a
catalogue , therefore i am being forced to take my custom elsewhere.
they have shown no customer care whatso ever. i will be paying off
my account and taking my custom to a catalogue that is available
to me on-line. i have been infuriated at the response or rather
the lack of response.

I have been I would say more than a good customer to kays but and
thats one big BUT they are not a good company in general yesturday
I tried for a loan at my local branch has they do they run a credit
check unknown to me i was refused i came home looked on the internet
and kays Yes kays black listed me one was for a late payment of
£6.00 in which was payed the other one was kayslifestyle and
the other one making life easier £103.00 making life harder
more like. Kays i want you to know you will not hear the last of
me i will name and shame you has you have me. i will take this further
possible court too you will hear either way. Never ever deal with
you or any other mail order company again also i will try and make
people aware of what you do. And one last thing the reason most
of all that i'm so upset i was to get married on the 4th march of
this year and do you know why this was so important to me also my
father has'nt long to live and i wanted him not to worry about me
before he died. Anyway that it really hope your pleased with the
service you provide. And i bet you would'nt have the balls to show
this review.

Don't order anything from this catalogue! If you must, don't say
you havent been warned. My item is already running 4 weeks late,
they have not contacted me once, leaving me no alternative but to
call them using a national rate number, at the end of which I dont
get an answer. It doesnt help when the customer service staff have
no idea what customer service is.

I was charged for the items which I never received. As a long-term
customer and been relying on it so much. I feel so much betrayed.
I was told that there was an adjustment in the statement. but it
looks no adjustment been made and was made accountable for the non
- delivered/non received item.

I've been a customer of Kays for many years and found them to be
a liitle slow with any enquiries/communication and receiving returns
into their depot. One return that was sent back in January has only
just been found at their depot in April, after chasing them up.
On receiving what I thought was an excellent half price offer from
Kays,it turned out to be incorrectly sent out. On ordering I had
a customer with me and for our assurance had my phone on speaker
phone. On asking the telephonist if the offer was correct I was
not informed otherwise. The goods arrived bit by bit and it became
apparent that my statements were stating full price not half price.
I am still waiting to have the matter resolved. I have contacted
Trading Standards over the matter who want a copy of the phone call,
this Kays cannot provide. They have not received all my letters.
I have also had correspondence from a Debt Collection Agency who
have sent me a letter which seemingly should have gone to Kays saying
they do not have any record of my debt and on me receiving this
it had my letter of complaint sent to Kays attached to it! Kays
don't seem to know why the Agency was sent it and I am informed
by Kays that they still have my account with them! Total confusion!
This has been going on for several months and it's still not resolved,
my customer and I are rather distressed due to the worry of it all.
The incompetence of such a once respected company beggers belief.
I may have to resort to legal action if this persists.
