My laborious task of finding a new contract phone ended when I
found is www.mobileshop.com. The site is easy to navigate because
of an extensive range of best buys on the home page and a nifty
navigation bar down the left hand side. I found the search function
poor however, unless you know the specific phone your after it's
useless. The site also provides all the necessary information regarding
the transference of a number between networks. The range of phones
on offer is also extensive, no other site offered as many contract
phones and the availability is excellent with most phones in stock.
The prices are competitive, but you wish to shop around to find
the best deal for a specific phone. I choose the standard delivery
option and the phone arrived within 3 working days like promised,
I also received a confirmation email minutes after my order. I have
only had cause to ring their customer service once, they were polite,
helpful and answered quickly. A superb company to deal with.

they are claiming they have a cashback problem but they are just
not paying the customers their cashback entitlement. they are offering
argos vouchers which is an admission they dont have a cashback fault
as they have the processing data already to validate claims.

Fast, cheap and reliable. Limited range of products.
Goods arrived next day. Ordering was simple and fast- got a tracking
number too.
Only wished they stocked a wider range.

Do not pay cashbacks
Beware - this company fail to pay cashbacks and make lots of excuses.
They then offer vouchers instead but don't even fulfil this obligation.
we are in the process of suing them and have reported this to BBC
Watchdog.
