I've always had mixed feeling about Next. Their clothes look nice,
are reasonably priced compared to branded clothes and they generally
wash and last well. But recently I've found it tough to find any
womens stuff that's nice and isn't just expensive tat!! Our local
store also does a bad job of marketing the brand well, some of their
clothes are even marked and ripped. And the thing I really detest
is them slowly incorporating the NXT logo on more and more of their
stuff. I shopped at Next so wouldn't become an expensive walking
advert.

The problem I've found with Next is I either love their new season
of clothes or I hate it. The styles always seem all or nothing,
with no good basic wear all year round in any year clothes. Last
item I got was a long dark blue denim wrap around skirt, only problem
was while out in the town I felt a little bit chilly. No wonder
because all the stitching had come undone and nearly fell apart.
Next did not seem interested in my complaints and their customer
service stinked.
