I used the site for the electrical section, the thought of using
it for groceries leaves me in the cold sweat.
We needed a new fridge freezer and came to the Tesco site through
the PriceRunner comparison service.
Ordering it was not a problem but having it delivered was. It did
not show for three consecutive designated days.
Their customer services said on the phone is was just 'tough'.
It took them an extra week to find out the glitches in the works,
and arrange all of the paperwork.
It did finally arrive but my faith in Tesco had long flown the
nest.

The electrical site has some excellent bargains, only criticism
is registration process is complicated and drawn out, and due to
the framed design of the site it doesn't work well.
