Once the order has been canceled, the seller must refund your money within 30 days. You can also cancel an order if the goods are faulty, of poor quality, and are not as described. If the goods are faulty and it's taken a long period of time for you to give notice to the seller, then you may only be entitled to be refunded the cost of the repairs.
