| The cappuccino is believed to be named after the famous Italian Capuchin friars. The top of a cappuccino is white steamed milk foam, but the edges being the brown coffee liquid. Somewhat like a friar with his head shaved on the crown and brown hair around it. The cappuccino does not have as much steamed foam milk as other coffee drinks like a Latte. Instead the majority of the drink is espresso and hot milk. Then the top has the foam. The cappuccino can sometimes have powered chocolate on top of the steam foam. The drink itself has quite a history, some dating it's invention before the Great War. It is believed that Luigi Bezzera, a native of Milan, applied to patent the drink. It has proved a popular drink outside of Italy, in countries like England and America. Who were more used to drinking black coffee and milk. Starbucks sell a patented frozen variant of the cappuccino, called the Frappuccino.
