Easy
to use and buy from and delivery time is fast
Returning
items is time consuming, Lego has become too expensive
The Lego Shop has all the latest toys from Lego and a good stock
at the peak time of Christmas. Luckily I had boxes of lego bricks
from my own childhood, so it's been an inexpensive hobby for my
children.
While browsing the Lego shop I was shocked at how expensive small
bags of bricks have become. I'm really glad I didn't throw away
all my old boxes of them.
The problem I see with the new products is that most of the bricks
are unique to that product. The Aerial Defense Unit I bought for
my son was complex to say the least. And I can't imagine him building
another thing with the parts.
Forty pounds seemed an excessive price for what we received (Aerial
Defense Unit).

The
bricks are virtually indestructible and last a lifetime.
Advanced
sets are very expensive.
Sadly I do not have one of retail LEGO shop close to my home. Luckily
we all have the second best thing, the website. I love the site
btw there is lots to pick from and it covers all the age groups.
The themes LEGO have created has expanded to a massive scope, certainly
compared to my childhood. There should always be something that
would appeal to your child. Not only are the toys fun to use, they
are indestructible, last a lifetime, and they also help the educational
development of children. The postage is what you'd expect, £3.25
- £5.25. I am surprised that the more you spend the more expensive
the delivery charge is. Alot of online retailers, such as Amazon
Toys offer free shipping on bigger orders. It would help LEGO become
more competitive if they did likewise.
