The trading standards should look into this company, they advertised
in 06 with a unlimited downloads claim, I checked the fine print
and there was no end of restrictions. If your a high end user look
elsewhere, within a week I was receiving emails saying that my downloads
were going to slow down. Couple this with a two day connection outage
and you'll feel like banging your head against a very hard wall,
look everywhere else if you require a constant and reliable connection
with a customer support that actually answers phone calls.

Changing my web service to Plus Net was the worst mistake I ever
made, downloads and surf speed crawl even with my 2Mb connection
package. They have outage problem after problem, resulting losing
your connection for hours at a time. The customer services is even
worse, you will wait a minimum of 30 minutes and then be met by
an extremely rude person who will refuse to hand over a MAC and
Deadlock number. Dreadful company.
