| One of the primary bugbear's with radio's and tuner's is the signal quality. If you live in a rural area, or in a valley etc, there may not be a whole lot you can do to improve the signal reception. For other people, the poor signal reception will more than likely be due to the quality of the aerial. One option is to replace the current aerial with an amplified aerial (pictured above), an amplified aerial can boast a signal to levels of 42dB or 46dB. If an amplified aerial is not desired, then there is the option of connecting a tuner to the television aerial.
